The product was strong, but customers didn’t understand what to choose, how to use it, or why it was worth the price. The previous website buried key information (ingredients, benefits, routines, skin types), and the brand looked “generic natural,” which made it hard to stand out and easy to compare purely by price. This led to lower conversion, higher support load, and weak retention.
Solution
We repositioned the brand around “clinical clarity with botanical integrity,” then built a minimal, premium identity system that feels trustworthy and modern. On the site, we structured the experience around decision-making: routine-based navigation, skin-type filters, and product pages that translate ingredients into outcomes (what it does, for whom, how to use, when to expect results), supported by certifications, FAQs, and subscription/reorder flows. The result was higher confidence at checkout and a stronger foundation for retention.
