The studio had strong taste and loyal local customers, but online sales were inconsistent. The old site didn’t reflect the real in-store experience, lacked a clear structure for bestsellers vs. seasonal collections, and made custom orders feel complicated. Visitors couldn’t quickly understand pricing, delivery zones, or lead times, so they dropped off or defaulted to messaging instead of checking out.
Solution
We built an editorial brand system—type, spacing, imagery rules, and a flexible layout framework that elevates bouquets without looking “template.” Then we redesigned the ordering experience around speed and confidence: clear categories (Seasonal, Signature, Event, Custom), transparent delivery/lead-time logic, and a guided custom-order form with smart constraints. The result was a premium look with a frictionless path to purchase, supporting both daily orders and high-margin event requests.
